FOR AN ADVANCED PREVIEW + DISCUSSION OF

MOMENT OF TRUTH

Ahead of this week's premiere of the IMDb TV docu-series, Moment of Truth, we are hosting a virtual advanced preview and conversation for nonprofits, community members and educators on Thursday, April 1st at 7:00 p.m. ET/4 pm PT.

Moment of Truth tells the never-before-seen story behind the murder of beloved husband and father, James Jordan, as well as the history of social injustice in Robeson County, North Carolina, where two teenagers, Larry Demery and Daniel Green, were charged and convicted of the crime. Green, who continues to maintain his innocence nearly three decades later, is currently appealing the North Carolina Superior Court denial to present new evidence.

The special advanced preview and conversation will center on how we will continue the fight against the racial bias impacting hundreds of thousands of Black, Indigenous, and people of color who are and have been incarcerated. We will also share resources for promoting the event to your network and steps for individuals to support incarcerated people.

We'd like to extend this special invitation to you, your nonprofit / school, fellow professionals, educators and community members. To reserve your space, simply RSVP below.

WHEN: Thursday, April 1st at 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT. A private zoom link will be provided in an additional email on Tuesday, March 30th.

Moment of Truth premieres April 2 on IMDb TV, Amazon’s free streaming service.
